Four customer support agreements

Volvo offers four customer support agreements, Gold, Silver, Blue and White, so you can choose the most efficient solution for you.

Gold Customer Support Agreement

The Gold Customer Support Agreement is our most comprehensive service. The agreement provides preventive maintenance, inspections and necessary repairs, all performed by trained Volvo service technicians. It also includes services in the Blue Agreement, including repairs of all parts, to meet your expectations for productivity and uptime.
Silver Customer Support Agreement

The Silver Customer Support Agreement provides the same services as the Blue Agreement and provides specific parts repair services
Blue Customer Support Agreement

The Blue Customer Support Agreement provides preventive maintenance and inspections. Analysis tools and services such as CareTrack, Volvo Oil Analysis and MATRIS Analysis can be included in the agreement to help you better monitor your machine.
White Customer Support Agreement

The White Customer Support Agreement provides regular machine inspections of all important components and functions by trained Volvo service technicians.
